The Tanjong Pagar Residence
This 4-room conservation shophouse was reimagined to balance heritage character with modern living. We retained the original timber beams and five-foot way, while opening up the rear of the home with a double-volume void that draws natural light deep into the floor plan.
Every material choice — from the reclaimed teak flooring to the hand-finished plaster walls — was selected for its ability to age gracefully, reflecting our belief that good design should outlast trends.
